Shareholdings following Share Transfer
The Company has received notice from one of its directors, John Crispin, that on
4 January 2005 and as part of a divorce settlement with his ex-wife, Mary
Crispin, he transferred to her 600,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the capital
of the Company. The Company has now received notices pursuant to Sections 198
and 324 of the Companies Act 1985 from John Crispin and Mary Crispin as follows:
