CONTENT ADAPTATION

leading telecom supplier's MMC to its Global Operator Customer Base
MILPITAS, Calif. - May 12th, 2005- Adamind (LSE: ADA), a leading provider of
software products for rich media adaptation and value-added
services technologies for MMS and Mobile Content Services, confirms that
Ericsson, the world's leading telecom supplier, has integrated Adamind's video
content adaptation software as part of their Multimedia Messaging Center (MMC),
enabling operators to offer video messaging to their growing subscriber base.
Furthermore, Ericsson will use Adamind MediaSpireTM's integrated support for
digital rights management (DRM) to provide a solution for distributing premium
application content through the Ericsson MMC. The integration of these new
software products is in addition to Adamind's images and audio media adaptation
software currently being deployed by Ericsson in over 50 operators' MMS centers
globally, including top-tier operators in Europe, North America and Asia.
Ericsson's MMC solution includes all the components and solutions that an
operator needs to offer subscribers a rich multimedia messaging experience.
Ericsson selected Adamind's suite of software for its superior video, image and

network.
