Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the Company would
like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital consists of 35,706,886 Ordinary Shares of NIS
0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares"). There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 35,706,886.

The above figure (35,706,886 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
