ADAMIND SIGNS THREE YEAR MOBILE CONTENT PRODUCTION DEAL WITH UNIVERSAL MUSIC
MOBILE US
Adamind will adapt music and entertainment content for up to 170 million
wireless consumers in North America
11 January, 2006: Adamind Ltd. (LSE: ADA) (Adamind or "the Company") the leading
global supplier of media adaptation software in the rich mobile content and
convergence services market announced today a three-year contract with Universal
Music Mobile US (UMM-US), a subsidiary of Universal Music Group, the world's
leading music company and the number one mobile music and entertainment content
company in North America.
Adamind's Spire(TM) Production Suite will be deployed within Universal Music
Mobile US and integrated into its existing mobile production workflow systems.
In addition, Adamind will provide UMM-US a managed service offering device
profiles for all existing and future mobile devices as they are introduced to
the consumer market in North America.
With media adaptation powered by Adamind's Spire(TM) Production Suite, UMM-US is
positioned to provide rich mobile high quality audio and video content service
offerings such as mastertones, ringback tones, full-track audio and video
downloads - for leading mobile network operator (MNOs) and mobile virtual
network operators (MVNOs) across North America.

preparation and verification procedures will allow UMM's digital content
production division to dramatically reduce production costs and assure Quality
of Experience (QoE) prior to distribution. Adamind's Spire(TM) Production Suite
enables a wide variety of content downloads, including WAP, MMS and Streaming
services, as well as value-added features such as content previewing, Digital
Rights Management (DRM), branding and advertising - UMM-US will further promote
