The Company has been notified that on 10(th) November 2011 Non-Executive
Director, Manfred Aldag, bought 1,919 shares in Admiral Group plc at a price of
£8.70.

Following the above transaction, Manfred Aldag now holds 1,919 ordinary shares
in Admiral Group.
