In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3.1.2.of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, notification is given that on 3 September 2012 the Finance Director, Kevin Chidwick, was awarded 126 shares under the Admiral Group Approved Share Incentive Plan at a strike price of £11.82.    

Kevin Chidwick and Family Holdings now total 83,926 ordinary shares in Admiral Group plc.
