2008 Annual General Meeting


Admiral Group plc announces that at its Annual General Meeting held at 2pm
today, Tuesday 29 April 2008, all of the resolutions tabled were duly passed on
a show of hands.

A copy of the resolutions approved at the Company's AGM has been submitted to
the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK
Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:

Financial Services Authority 25 The North Colonnade Canary Wharf London E14 5HS.

Results of the proxy votes received will shortly be posted on the Group's
corporate website, admiralgroup.co.uk.
