This disclosure relates to transactions of which notification is required under
paragraph 3.1.2.of the Disclosure Rules.

In April 2007 Kevin Chidwick the Finance Director was awarded 23,000 shares in
the Senior Executive Restricted Share Plan. The award was subject to performance
conditions from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2009 and 97.82% (22,499 shares) of
award vested on 16 March 2010.  11, 475 shares were sold at £12.43 and 11,024
shares have been retained.

Kevin Chidwick was also awarded 121 shares under the Group's Approved Free Share
Plan at a strike price of £12.36.

Kevin Chidwick now holds 49,967 ordinary shares in Admiral Group.
