This disclosure relates to transactions of which notification is required under
paragraph 3.1.2 of the Disclosure Rules.

The Company has been notified that Cheryl Sussens, the wife of the Non-Executive
Director, John Sussens, has today bought 30,000 shares in Admiral Group plc at a
price of £12.73.

Following the above transaction, Cheryl Sussens now holds 52,000 ordinary shares
in Admiral Group.
