Disclosure of Interest in Share Capital

The Company on 5th February 2007 received notification that as at 2nd February
2007 the College Retirement Equities Fund (CREF) had decreased its notifiable
interest in the Company from 4.07% to 3.997% of the 0.1p Ordinary Shares. This
represents a decrease of 198,822 shares since the last notification filed on
