The Company received today that on 18th May 2006 Fidelity International Limited
and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, both being non-beneficial holders
notified the Company that it had increased its notifiable interest in the
Company to 5.13% of the 0.1p. This represents a increase of 630,000 shares.
