The Company on 12 June 2006 received notification in accordance with Sections
198 of the Companies Act 1985 that as at 8 June 2006 The Capita Group Companies
Inc. (CGC) had increased its notifiable interest in the Company to 4.22% of the
0.1p Ordinary Shares. This represents an increase of 2,716,615 shares since the
last notification filed on 18 April 2006.


The shares are held by a subsidiary of CGC, Capital Research and Management
Company forming part of holdings managed on behalf of investment clients.


The notifiable interest in 11,010,000 ordinary shares of the Company is held
