Disclosure of Interest in Share Capital
The Company received notification on 31 July 2006, in accordance with Section
202(3) of the Companies Act 1985, that as at 25 July 2006 Barclays PLC had
reduced its notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of the Company from 4.89%
to 3.86% of the fully paid issued share capital. The notifiable interest in
10,038,369 ordinary 0.1p shares of the Company is held through the following
