Overseas expansion

The Group is pleased to announce that its operation in Spain, trading under the
name of Balumba.es, has opened from its offices based in Seville. It is intended
that various marketing campaigns will be tested over the coming months and
volumes will be small during this period. The Group will provide further update
when it announces its full year results in March 2007.

Henry Engelhardt, Chief Executive, commented that 'the Managers in Spain have
worked extremely hard to get the approvals required, systems and staff in place
to launch our first overseas operation, and we congratulate them on reaching
this important milestone.'
