ISSUE OF PERFORMANCE RIGHTS

Adriatic Metals PLC (ASX:ADT, LON:ADT1) ("Adriatic" or "the Company"), announces that, it has granted and issued 500,000 unlisted performance rights ("PRs") in the Company to Geoffrey Eyre, the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary.

The PRs have been granted under the Company's Employees' and Consultants' Incentive Plan.

The PRs vest and become exercisable as to 50% on 7 January 2021 and 50% on 7 January 2022 subject to the achievement of certain performance conditions.

Following the grant of the abovementioned Performance Rights, the Company's capital structure is as follows:
