Additional listing

The Board of AMS announces that an application has been made to the London Stock
Exchange for the admission of 100,140 ordinary shares of 5p each ('Ordinary
Shares').   The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing
Ordinary Shares in issue. It is expected that admission will become effective on
7 May 2008.
