                               Additional listing



The Board of AMS announces that an application has been made to the London Stock
Exchange for a block admission of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ('
Ordinary Shares').   The new ordinary shares will list on 30 March 2007 and will
rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.



These shares will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise
of options under the Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc Unapproved Executive
Share Option EMI Scheme.  Following the block listing, the total issued share
capital of the Company will be 144,082,536 Ordinary Shares.
