                               AGM STATEMENT
                                       
At their Annual General Meeting held today, Advanced Medical Solutions'
Chairman, Dr. Geoffrey Vernon, stated that in the preliminary results
announced in March, he stated that the Group had made good progress over the
last year in moving towards profitability, strengthening its partnerships and
developing its technology.

Since the preliminary results announcement, steady progress has been
maintained and the Group continues to trade in line with its own forecasts and
market expectations.

The Group has continued to strengthen its relationships with key partners and
two new advanced wound healing products have been launched into the Italian
consumer market with Corman s.r.l, a Milan based distributor.
