Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc ('the Company')


The Company received notification on 20 October 2004 that Geoffrey Vernon, the
Company's Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 80,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in
the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 8.1 pence per Ordinary Share on 20
October 2004. As a consequence, Geoffrey Vernon is now interested in 675,164
Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.48 per cent. of the current issued
share capital of the Company.
