Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (the 'Company')

The Company was informed that Geoffrey Vernon, Non-Executive Chairman, acquired
49,836 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') on 4 May 2005.  The
Ordinary Shares were bought at 8.91 pence each and, following this acquisition,
he now holds a total of 725,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately
0.51 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
