                            Director Share Purchases

The Company was informed on 5th September 2006 that, on that day, Geoffrey
Vernon (Non-Executive Chairman), Don Evans (Chief Executive), Mary Tavener
(Finance Director), Stephen Harris (Non-Executive Director) and Chris Meredith
(Commercial Director) all acquired ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 11.5 pence per Ordinary Share. The details of
these acquisitions are as set out in the table below:
