Holding in Company

The Company received notification today from Merrill Lynch Investment Managers
Limited on behalf of certain of its discretionary management clients that
following a purchase of 5,398,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the share
capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), BNY Trust Company Limited, as
trustee of the Merrill Lynch Alpha Specialist Situations Investment Fund, now
holds 5,398,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.8 per cent. of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
