                            ('AMS' or the 'Company')

The Company received notification on 14 December 2005, that following a purchase
of 250,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in AMS ('Ordinary Shares'), the Cavendish
AIM Fund now holds 1,100,000 Ordinary Shares. This shareholding is in addition
to the 7,650,000 Ordinary Shares owned by discretionary clients of Cavendish
Asset Management and the 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares held by the Cavendish
Opportunities Fund. Cavendish Asset Management, through its direct and indirect
shareholdings, therefore holds 12,750,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents
approximately 9.0 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
