                            ('AMS' or the 'Company')

The Company received notification that, on 6 October 2005, the Cavendish AIM
Fund acquired 750,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in AMS. This shareholding is in
addition to the 7,400,000 ordinary shares owned by discretionary clients of
Cavendish Asset Management and 3,700,000 ordinary shares held by the Cavendish
Opportunities Fund. Cavendish Asset Management, through its direct and indirect
shareholdings, therefore holds 11,850,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in AMS,
which represents 8.34 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
