The Company received notification on 10 November 2004 from Cavendish Asset
Management Limited ('Cavendish') that it owns 5,500,000 ordinary shares of 5p
each ('Ordinary Shares') in the share capital of AMS, representing approximately
3.87 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Discretionary clients
of Cavendish hold 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares, whilst the remaining 3,500,000
Ordinary Shares are held by Cavendish Opportunities fund.
