Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc ('AMS' or the 'Company')

The Company received notification on 10 May 2005 from Cavendish Asset Management
Limited ('Cavendish') that, following a purchase of 500,000 Ordinary Shares of
5p each in AMS on 9 May, it owns 10,450,000 Ordinary Shares in the share capital
of AMS, representing approximately 7.35 per cent. of the issued share capital of
the Company. Discretionary clients of Cavendish hold 6,750,000 Ordinary Shares,
whilst the remaining 3,700,000 Ordinary Shares are held by Cavendish
Opportunities fund.
