Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc ('AMS' or the 'Company')

The Company received notification on 3 June 2005 from Cavendish Asset Management
Limited ('Cavendish') that, following a purchase of 150,000 ordinary shares of
5p each in AMS ('Ordinary Shares') on 3 June, it owns 10,600,000 Ordinary Shares
in the share capital of AMS, representing approximately 7.46 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company. Discretionary clients of Cavendish hold
6,900,000 Ordinary Shares, whilst the remaining 3,700,000 Ordinary Shares are
held by Cavendish Opportunities fund.
