The Company received notification on 12 July 2006, that the discretionary
clients of Cavendish Asset Management own 9,635,000 ordinary shares of 5p each
in AMS ('Ordinary Shares'). This shareholding is in addition to the 4,000,000
Ordinary Shares held by Cavendish Opportunities Fund and the 1,250,000 Ordinary
Shares held by the Cavendish AIM Fund. Cavendish Asset Management Limited,
through its direct and indirect shareholdings, therefore holds 14,885,000
Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 10.48 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company.
