Announce major new partnership and trading update
AMS to Private Label Wound Care Products for Cardinal Health for
U.S. Distribution
Winsford, UK: Advanced Medical Solutions, (AIM: AMS), ('AMS' or the 'Company') a
global wound care technology company, today announced that it has entered into a
three-year agreement with Cardinal Health, a leading provider of products and
services supporting the health care industry in the United States, for private
label wound care products.
Under terms of the agreement, AMS will provide Cardinal Health with a range of
advanced wound care products, namely alginates, hydrocolloids, hydrogels and
foams beginning in July. The products will be privately labelled under Cardinal
Health's Allegiance(R) brand.

looking to carry a range of standard private label wound care products. I am

Pre-close trading update
AMS is also pleased to update investors on trading ahead of the close period for
the half-year ending 30th June 2004.
Dr. Geoffrey Vernon, Chairman of AMS stated that: 'the outlook for the Group
remains positive at the half-year, with turnover continuing to show good growth
over previous year. The Company continues to trade in line with market
expectations and remains on track to come through to profitability within
current cash'.
