Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc ('AMS' or 'the Company')
Announces new supply agreement for its woundcare products
Winsford, UK: Advanced Medical Solutions, (AIM: AMS), the global woundcare
technology company, today announces that it has entered into a supply agreement
with DKSH Healthcare a Swiss based company and a subsidiary of Diethelm Keller
Group ('Diethelm'). Diethelm has expanded from an Asian distribution company to
a globally diversified enterprise, building on its core competencies in brand
management and operating with 6 key divisions, one of which is a healthcare
division.
This agreement covers a full range of advanced woundcare products, namely
alginates, hydrocolloids, films and foams. Sales of the products are expected
to commence in July this year and will cover the following territories:
Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Pakistan. Additional territories are expected
to be added over time.
Commenting on this announcement, Dr Don Evans, Chief Executive of AMS, stated:
'I am delighted that we have established a distributor for these new markets for
our products in the Far East and we look forward to working with Diethelm to
build our business in this region.'
