       Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc Announce Collaboration with
                  Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company


Winsford: Wednesday 14 March, 2001 Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc
announced today they had entered into a collaboration with Johnson & Johnson
Consumer Products Company to supply a patented Calcium Alginate based material
for inclusion in certain products for the US and Canadian consumer market.

Commenting on the collaboration Don Evans (Chief Executive) said:
