                Result of Annual General Meeting


At the Annual General Meeting of Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc ('the
Company'), held today, resolutions 1 to 5 set out in the Notice of Meeting sent
to Shareholders as part of the Report and Accounts for the year ended 31
December 2002 were duly passed.

Resolution 6, which was requested by a nominee of Advanced Value Realisation
Company Limited, for the board to invite offers for the Company, has been
rejected by shareholders.
