Total Voting Rights

As at close of business on 30 May 2008, AMS' capital consists of 143,312,848 ordinary shares of 5p each ('Ordinary Shares') with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in AMS is 143,312,848.

The above figure (143,312,848 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, AMS under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
