Completion of the £6.41m Placing
Advanced Oncotherapy (AIM: AVO), the developer of next-generation proton therapy systems for cancer treatment, is pleased to confirm that further to the announcement dated 2 August 2018, 13,086,859 new ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company have been admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") this morning and that £6.41 million have been received by the Company.
Total voting rights
Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital comprises 169,566,092 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 169,566,092. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
