Advanced Oncotherapy (AIM: AVO), the developer of next-generation proton therapy systems for cancer treatment, announces that yesterday Dr Enrico Vanni, Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 54.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Dr Vanni now holds 1,263,946 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.56% of the Company's issued share capital.
