Advanced Oncotherapy (AIM: AVO), LIGHT, the next-generation proton therapy system for cancer treatment, announces that Enrico Vanni, Non-Executive Director, has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 26.5 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Vanni now has a total interest in 3,496,361 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.77% of the Company's issued share capital.

The notification below, which has been made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
