CareCapital today announces that Mr Stephen Wilden, Finance Director, has
purchased 30,000 ordinary shares at 35p per share in the Company. The shares
will be held to Mr Wilden's order by his SIPP which is administered by Barclays
Stockbrokers Limited.

Stephen Wilden is beneficially interested in 30,000 ordinary shares in
CareCapital Group plc representing 0.04 per cent. of the issued share capital of
the Company.
