The options must not be exercised, pursuant to the terms of the share option scheme, for three years but within 10 years from the date of grant. Save for the above, there are no other changes to the Directors' beneficial holdings. The Company further announces that it has granted Options over 600,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p to other non Board staff members on the same terms mentioned above.
