CareCapital Plc (AIM: CARE), the healthcare real estate developer and owner, was notified on 27 January 2011 by Mr Trevor Brown that, following sales of shares on Wednesday 26 January 2011, he has a beneficial interest in 21,015,668 ordinary shares in CareCapital, which represents 27.38% of the Company's current issued share capital.

8,849,002 ordinary shares are held directly and 12,166,666 ordinary shares are held indirectly, by Free Association Books Limited of which Mr Trevor Brown is the sole beneficial owner.
