Notice of General Meeting

CareCapital announces that a circular has been sent today to shareholders setting out proposals to change of name of the Company to Advanced Oncotherapy plc and to grant authority to Directors to issue new shares.

The Circular contains a notice convening a general meeting of the Company which is to be held at 11:00 a.m. London time on Friday 31 August 2012 at the offices of Libertas Capital Corporate Finance Limited,17c Curzon Street, London, W1J 5HU.
