                  Investment and Development Programme in the UK

                  Successful bid on Primary Care Resource Centre


CareCapital announces that The Healthcare Property Company Wales, its joint
venture with Gaufron Healthcare Limited, has been selected as preferred bidder
for a 2,500 sq.m Primary Care Resource Centre in Upper Gwendraeth Valley,
Carmarthenshire.


When completed, the £7.5 million project will accommodate nine GPs, together
with a wide range of health and community services. It is anticipated that work
on site will commence in early autumn 2008, with the project due to be completed
by mid-autumn 2009.
