RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING

The Board of Advanced Oncotherapy is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the General Meeting held today at 11.00 am were duly passed.

Following the passing of the resolutions, the share purchase agreement for the sale of The Healthcare Property Company Limited has now been exchanged.  Completion is due to take place in January 2013.
