Total Voting Rights
Advanced Oncotherapy (AIM: AVO), the developer of next-generation proton therapy systems for cancer treatment, announces that the Company's issued share capital as at the date of this announcement comprises 439,489,371 ordinary shares of 25p each, with one voting right per share ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury and therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 439,489,371 . This announcement is required to be made at month end in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
On 22 October 2021, a further 11,145,405 Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to trading as detailed in the Company's announcements on 20 and 23 September 2021. Therefore, from 22 October 2021 the issued share capital of the Company will comprise 450,634,776 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore the total voting rights in the Company will be 450,634,776. From 22 October 2021, the figure of 450,634,776 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
