On 12th February ADVFN announced that it had acquired the EO system, customer
database and domain names .The acquisition was satisfied by the issue of
10,910,000 new ordinary shares. In addition the VAT liability on the transaction
was satisfied by the issue of a further 1,909,250 new ordinary shares.



Application has been made for the 12,819,250 new ordinary shares to be admitted
to trading on AiM and it is anticipated that trading will commence on 13th March
2003.
