                               ADVFN AGM statement

At the Company's AGM on the 26th November the Managing Director of
ADVFN, Clem Chambers made the follow statement:

'Subsequent to our record sales and EBITDA profit for the financial year to 30
June 2003, ADVFN has experienced strong growth in line with our plans and
enhanced by the overall performance of the stock market.

Subscription services and advertising have both continued to grow well and
international interest in ADVFN's products has taken a significant upswing.

User acquisition levels are running at consistently high rates well beyond
average levels experienced since 2000.

We are therefore confident that the upcoming half will continue the Company's
history of healthy growth'.
