ADVFN PLC (the 'Company')
Dealing by Director
ADVFN PLC (AIM: AFN) announces that on 6 April 2006 options over 2,000,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company under the Company's
share option scheme were exercised by Robert Emmet, a director of the Company.
Details of the options exercised are as follows:

1,000,000 1.25p
Following the exercise of these options, on 10 April 2006 Robert Emmet sold
2,175,000 shares at a price of 3.82p per share leaving him with 50,000 ordinary
shares in the Company, equivalent to 0.01 per cent of the issued share capital.
He also continues to hold options over a further 1,500,000 ordinary shares.
Application will be made for 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company,
which will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to
trading on AIM. The admission is expected to occur on or about 13 April 2006.
