Director's Shareholding



The Company announces that on 3rd April 2007 David Crump, as part of the
rearrangement of his personal pensions and shareholdings, sold 300,000 ADVFN
ordinary shares to his own personal SIPPS.  Following this transaction, there
was no change in beneficial ownership.



In addition, Mr Crump has inherited 120,000 ADVFN ordinary shares, bringing his
total shareholding to 1,230,000 ordinary shares (0.21% of the voting rights of
the Company).
