                            Directors' Shareholdings

 The Company announces that on 5th June 2007  David Crump as part of the
rearrangement of his personal  pensions and shareholdings, sold the number of
Advfn ordinary shares detailed in the table below to his own personal SIPPS.

Following the transactions Mr. Crump remains beneficially interested in the same
number of Advfn ordinary shares as  before the transaction, the total number of
which  is  given below.
