Director's shareholding

Jonathan Mullins, Technical Director of the Company, has subscribed for 444,444
ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 2.25p per share, bringing his total
shareholding in the Company to 464,444 ordinary shares (0.153% of the issued
share capital of the Company).

Application has been made for the shares to be traded on AIM, and admission is
expected on 10 April 2002.
