On the 18th February 2003, ADVFN approved the grant of options over new ordinary
shares of 1p ('Ordinary Shares') to certain directors and the repricing of
certain existing options. The Board has decided to reprice certain options to

increased operating costs by the Company. In particular, options have been
granted to the following directors: -
Name Options granted Total options held
Clement Chambers 1 million 7 million
Jonathan Mullins 1 million 7 million
David Crump 1 million 4 million
Michael Hodges 1 million 4 million
Robert Emmet 1 million 2.5 million
The options over ordinary shares in the Company were granted at a price of 1.25p
and are exercisable up to 17th February 2010.
Options over 12 million Ordinary Shares previously granted to Clement Chambers,
Jonathan Mullins, David Crump, Michael Hodges and Robert Emmet have been
repriced so as to be exercisable at 2.5p rather than 5.375p or 10p. The other
terms of these options remain unchanged.
